Booking & Advance Payment
3.1. To reserve a property, customers are required to pay an advance/booking amount as specified during the booking process.
3.2. The advance payment confirms your interest and temporarily blocks the property for you.
3.3. Final confirmation of the property is subject to document verification, developer approval, and completion of all formalities.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1. If you choose to cancel your booking within 72 hours (3 days) from the time of paying the advance, you are eligible for a 70% refund of the advance amount.
4.2. If the cancellation request is made after 72 hours, the advance amount becomes strictly non-refundable.
4.3. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
4.4. Any payment gateway charges, bank fees, or processing charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4.5. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment source.
No Guarantee of Property Allocation
Booking a property with an advance payment does not guarantee ownership. Final allocation is subject to successful completion of verification, agreement signing, and full payment as per the payment schedule.
